If you're in a rural area, folks feel professionally and personally isolated. We need to link them with other providers -- make people feel connected.

Personally I feel it is really disappointing for a great friend and colleague. But professionally the job is still to be done and in the short term I am focussed on the next challenge, and that is Ireland at Lansdowne Road.

Unfortunately, we have a growing shortage of psychiatrists, and many people find that their health insurance provides poor coverage to see a mental health professional. Often, this means they turn to their primary care physicians who may not have the time or resources to adequately treat them.

That was a big loss for a lot of people here personally and professionally. For us as a team, it's very difficult to replace someone who saw where the sport could go and where it needed to go.
