If you're interested in real estate -- if you want to speculate a little -- invest along the I-5 corridor. You can't go wrong.

Downtown, and elsewhere, as well as annexation opportunities, especially along the I-85 corridor, that's been very powerful for the city's revenue base.

And there's literally hundreds, if not thousands, of new homes being planted along this corridor.

You can speculate all you want but we just don't know.
