If you're not improving . . . chances are you're not going to win.

Pittsburgh deserved to win; they played better than we did. To do what they've done three weeks in a row against three excellent football teams is really an accomplishment.

You might not agree with everything he does, but you understand why he's so successful. It's the way he comes to work every day and the way he works and how important the game is to him. I also learned that, hey, I wasn't going to be a head coach ever again unless I controlled my own destiny.

Everybody wants difference makers and everybody wants great players. Sometimes, you get a great player that's not a team player and then you have a great player on your team and he might not help you win games.

He always plays extremely hard. It's very important to him regardless of his role, even if he's not playing every down and just at the goal line. He has to be ready in case somebody goes down. If that happens, he'll play well.
