I'm behind the coach. We're trying to be like a family, and when you're going through a difficult time, everyone needs each other's support.

Coach Childress embodies class, character and discipline and is a great family man. He is a winner.

We're going to turn it around. We spoke in detail with the coach and coaching staff and we know what we have to do. We have to get everybody back and energized and back in the winning ways. We're 0-2, but it's a long season ahead of us. Our main goal right now is still to win our division, and I think we can get back in our winning ways.

Nay, if the result of crossing is to place a difficult gully behind us when we are on the point of engaging, ... surely that is an advantage worth seizing.

The job as a coach is difficult.
