I was raised almost entirely on turnips and potatoes, but I think that the turnips had more to do with the effect than the potatoes.

I think members on both sides of the aisle had a fairly uniform and businesslike response

The W-88 is really relevant to the intercontinental ballistic missiles, ... but certainly they would be able to glean a tremendous amount about building miniaturized warheads for the intermediate, medium and short-range missiles, so I'm sure there will be some sort of a spin-off effect for getting this advanced technology.

This could possibly be the worst period of Sino-Japanese relations since World War II.
