Helen and I have both been out running. The training's gone okay but Helen's done more,

I think our running game is as good as ever. It's very potent. Everybody in the unit cares about it ? the line, receivers, everybody. I think we're going to be pretty potent.

Our tackling is going to be critical; Cal is one of the best running teams in the nation. If we let them slip tackles, they'll hurt us pretty bad, so we need to stay in front of guys, and not let them get by us.

It was really a team effort, because running around all those double screens, even triple screens, and handoffs, you need the big men to step up and give support, and they did. There was no way I could do it myself running around all those screens.

It was a great feeling to go out, have everybody out on the field at the same time, running around and having fun.
