I'm hoping they're able to see their teacher is learning and not only teaching.

School should go beyond teaching the basics. It should be teaching how to take the basics and find your niche in life.

As a teacher, if you're going to expect high-level work, you have to give students examples or model it yourself.

Teaching is only demonstrating that it is possible. Learning is making it possible for yourself.

It's not the teaching, it's the learning.
