I'm just surprised I'm not doing a better damn job. The job I thought I could do, I've not been able to do right now. And I'm not happy about it.

It was a kind of graphic that would grab you. If you looked at it, and thought 'Is this anything I would want to get involved in?' I think you'd say no.

We haven't played since our break last Tuesday and I thought that we had some of the best practices that we have had this year. It was a total team effort on offense -- and defensively, we played very well after the first quarter.

I thought the biggest part was that it was almost a relief. They face-guarded her, box-and-one on her, all of the (defensive) attention was on her. When she left, we were just back to playing basketball. And we decided to pick up the tempo really hard because we didn't have anything to lose at that point.

I thought we could battle our way back into it, but I think we pressed a little bit. We didn't care of the ball and we didn't box out and rebound very well. If you don't do that against them, you're going to get beat.

Engineers are in short supply, so that kicks up the demand - even here, where the district is thought of as one of the better employers. The schools just aren't cranking them out.
