I'm learning a lot, and it's exciting to find something new. Things are going well; it's a good fit here for me with track and school.

Anytime you win and have to fight to get through it, you learn from it. Experience is your biggest learning tool. We went through it, had some slip-ups on defense early and then late. And there were ill-advised shots that allowed them to stay in it, but at the same time, we held our poise and found a way to win it, which is the most important thing.

Many of my friends drink, because drinking age in Germany is 16. I know people who smoke, too, and it's just annoying.

It's definitely been different. It's made me concentrate more, and I've learned more about my sport and technique. It's been good for me.

I like to start out each day from the beginning. I'm always learning things.

Learning is a tunnel experience that makes us think more broadly.
