I'm not even going to count last year. But in average years, we get around 30,000 people visiting the fair, and based on what I've seen, we did that easily this year, perhaps more.

We had a good turnout, I'm going to guess that it was above average.

You get down so deep in those kind of hours, and people break down after a couple of hours. All the defenses go down, and there's a kind of communication that if I spent 20 years in a living room with one of these people, I would never, never know as much about them as I do in that one day.

The people who have been in this devastation don't have anything. They don't have their homes anymore. They don't have any of their belongings. They basically got away with the clothes on their back and little else so I'm sure whatever assistance they can get they're very glad for.
