I'm not in favor of allowing a foreign contractor to come in a build a toll road using eminent domain.

The eminent domain issue is not just about Riviera Beach.

The vast, overwhelming majority of Americans are opposed to using eminent domain.

We have a very serious problem with eminent domain abuse in this state. It's disappointing that the governor and the Legislature doesn't recognize that.

It's a death-knell for the toll road as it is envisioned now.

Florida's laws are one of the worst in the country for using eminent domain for private development. It is absolutely terrible.
