I'm not trying to be cosmic, it's just that everything's on a roll and that's how it is. The songs within the album discuss that very condition.

We're really trying hard to bring back this thing with melody and good songs and a different way of doing it than the other pop bands that are out there right now. It doesn't really sound like pop did five years ago. Guitar is back.

We try to write really catchy songs, but I think we fail miserably. We're always trying to come up with something catchy.

I am trying to do things and sing songs that I used to sing 30 years ago, and my voice has changed. I can't hit some of the real high notes I used to hit, but it makes you have to explore different avenues.
