I'm really proud of how we battled in the second half - that was Eminence basketball. We were able to use our athleticism and wear them down - it was just too little, too late. But they are a very good team and there is no shame in losing to them.

They are a good basketball team. They are really physical, and they beat us up the first two quarters.

That might have been the worst half of basketball we've played.

I don't know what's going to happen. The business always gets in the way of basketball. If there wasn't any business and it was just strictly basketball, then there would be no issue, it would probably be done by now. But the team has to protect itself.

We played good basketball for maybe 10 minutes and struggled for the other 30. We've had a string of games where we've won by a significant number of points, and we've developed some bad habits.

I'm happy for the girls. They've earned it, and they deserve it. It's significant. People are starting to see we've got a pretty good group here. Look at our record (9-0) against 2A schools. People finally started to look at that.
