I'm really proud of our kids and their defensive effort. We held them to seven in the fourth quarter and we had about five defensive stops in a row in the fourth that turned the game for us.

The encouraging thing is we got better each game. It was a great team effort.

One of the big benefits is getting our kids away from home, sharing (motel) rooms. The camaraderie, the team-building that takes place is a great benefit.

It's all on the kids. Their effort, their attitude, their desire was just tremendous tonight. They didn't stop believing in each other and for us to come out and win like this - it's a big win.

(Reese) came out here and beat all the good kids. What a tournament both of them had.

It was a great team effort. We had some different kids step up and I can't say enough about how good our team defense was all night.
