I'm starting to get the hang of playing out there. I know I can play at this level, and just being able to help the team makes me feel comfortable sooner.

I love seeing my family come to the games. Besides the coaching staff, it was the main reason I came here.

I think since we are a veteran team we realize that so many players play this game and go through so many ups and downs that a lot of the guys don't ever get the opportunity to play in the playoffs or a World Series. So I feel very fortunate to have reached this accomplishment.

Everyone is capable of contributing and each knows what she is supposed to do. It's disappointing when you play well but it sill counts in the loss column.

I would have been thrilled to play alongside Rui Costa at Madrid. I am sure he will win things with Milan. I just wish he could have won things with Madrid, instead.

The first half, I thought they were going to get to me. I had to play my game. I had to step it up for the school.
