I'm sure I feel like most coaches; I'm just anxious to get started,

Offensively, we haven't look that sharp since we got started in August. I'm not sure I can explain that. I thought the execution was a little crisper than it's been.

The guys can sense now the game is in front of them. Both teams, I'm sure, feel the same way.

I was fortunate to be around a couple of coaches who took me under their wing and taught me how to train, how to work and how to prepare myself for a game. They gave me so much, and I saw the passion they had for the game and for teaching it. What I learned from them led me to want to become a teacher and coach.

We never looked comfortable. We never looked in sync. I'm sure some of that was our doing and I know for a fact part of that was there doing.

I'm not a flamboyant person.
