Imagine a school with children that can read or write, but with teachers who cannot, and you have a metaphor of the Information Age in which we live.

If you treat people like children, then they'll behave like children. If you treat them like adults, you'll get more out of them.

It's very hard for children to do well in school if they don't have highly qualified teachers.

We mathematicians understand that without the education of children, the economy cannot grow, and the world would starve from ignorance.

The children already are learning about the Holocaust from their teachers and curricula produced by the West Virginia Holocaust Education Commission and donated to the schools by the Federated Jewish Charities of Huntington. This program will reinforce what they have learned about a tragic period in history.

We would like to build a sustainable school facility in each community, provide training to local teachers and supply children with a sufficient amount of educational supplies.
