Now, ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to play for you the Duke Ellington classic – 'Take the Train' eh?

I (draw) a lot of inspiration from the romance and glamour of that period for my gowns especially.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Leadership is not magnetic personality/that can just as well be a glib tongue. It is not making friends and influencing people /that is flattery. Leadership is lifting a person's vision to higher sights, the raising of a person's performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.

Striving for excellence motivates you; striving for perfection is demoralizing
