In my opinion the active part of the operation is near completion.

A security zone is being created sufficient to guarantee security.

This was unexpected for me.

The purpose is to collect more detailed information. We should have such information in the interests of Russian security.

This is a historic day, for it sets the foundation for the new station.

I would just say that I would like to be able to be around to see the completion of the projects that have been started. I have been involved with the renovation and I was here when the course was built. I would like to be here when the irrigation system and the bunker renovation is complete.
