In reviewing the case law as to a violation of the Sunshine Law by a secret meeting, this issue appears to be irrelevant and immaterial,

We're in the process of reviewing the case to ascertain not if we are going to sue, but who we are going to sue.

In the present action there was no evidence of anyone being excluded from a meeting of the authority, ... However, since this issue is irrelevant and immaterial, the court will not address whether a violation of the Sunshine Law exists or not.

I will take the case under advisement and will let both parties know of my decision by next Wednesday,
