In spite of the layoffs at MT Picture Display, we're seeing some positive things in the Elmira area.

Steuben County showed solid results over the past year. We're seeing an upswing in the national economy, and it's being felt locally.

Things will start picking up.

Joe has really been positive throughout this whole thing. He's worked hard to get back to being the player that he once was. We're hoping he's going to be able to do that.

I try to take the positive out of everything, ... Buddy's outstanding. He knows what it takes to be a big leaguer, and he's instilling it in the young guys. And everybody's going about it the right way and I do see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Production is higher than expected. The project started on a real positive note. Pipe is going in the ground without any problems, traffic delays are minimal and we're moving ahead.
