In the last six months, there has been a lot of negative press about the road projects in that area.

We are not looking outside Lee County right now. If the county can't fix the road situation, we might have to.

We aren't sure we want to dive into this right now if we can't get our people to the site. Maybe we should just hold out for a couple of more years and see what happens with the roads.

We may open a couple of stores this year.

We are going to have 1,100 employees all trying to get to work at the same time and I just don't know how that is going to happen.

Overall I am pleased with the quarter. All of our core businesses performed well, our key development projects are on track and our marketing group enjoyed another great quarter.
