In the middle of summer, it's just so refreshing, like drinking a glass of lemonade. Everybody that visits the Keys wants key lime pie.

It was summer and moonlight and we had lemonade to drink, and we held the cold glasses in our hands, and Dad read the stereo-newspapers inserted into the special hat you put on your head and which turned the microscopic page in front of the magnifying lens if you blinked three times in succession.

I don't know why it is ... but I do believe kids are drinking coffee at a younger age -- 13, 14, 15 -- and coming in and drinking amounts that even I wouldn't drink and I've been drinking for coffee for a while.

There really isn't anything more refreshing then iced Coke out of the old-school glass bottles.

We have a new middle name. Call us the Lady 'One bad inning' Tigers. Two runs is not hard to pick up. But the third inning -- and that's what it's been all season. The girls know that.
