In the next 12 months we our plan was to build 25 homes but we are doubling our initiative to build 50 homes. That will take a lot of community support.

The reality is there are cranes all over campus.

Theft [has] been an ongoing problem for us in many of the homes we build in different neighborhoods. What happens when the build site is left unattended, people will pilfer things.

His very nature is to be incredibly enthusiastic and energetic. It certainly has an infectious impact on the people he comes in contact with.

The goal for the campaign is $30 million. Actually, we're doing fantastic. The target date is to have it all raised by the end of 2007, and I'm cautiously optimistic that we'll have reached our target well before that time.

When we lose the materials the cost goes back to the families and that's what we try not to do.
