In the summer, we take hourly WBGT readings between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Based on those readings, we post the appropriate heat index flag.

He was a very kindhearted person. He would give you the shirt off of his back. He helped people, and he loved helping people. I don't care what it was doing.
