Individually everyone seems to have a good bat and good glove so far. For weaknesses I can't really think of anything.

It's going to be exciting. Being in D-I is going to be a challenge, but we'll be able to handle it. We have a lot of good freshman and newcomers coming in, as well as those returning. It should be a good season.

He's amazing. He can bring us things other coaches cannot bring, things that he sees [in the Olympics]. It gives him more experience which turns around and gives us more experience too. We have an advantage over other teams because of that.

The best meeting I ever went to was a meeting in France where the talk slots were 60 minutes long, but you were told to prepare a five-minute talk. It was absolutely great because the entire talk was a conversation between the speaker and the audience.
