Information Security Officers must share more than hackers.

They succeed in their attacks due to an unlimited State budget, the desperation of their 12th Five Year Plan, sheer volume of attacks and the fact that American and European companies possess virtually zero cyber hygiene or layered defenses

We are vulnerable in the military and in our governments, but I think we're most vulnerable to cyber attacks commercially. This challenge is going to significantly increase. It's not going to go away
