Intelligence on this case is evolving and we have leads and information that have directed us to occupy these new areas.

We came under fire and soldiers had to shoot back. Police did most of the shooting though.

While there may have been other bits of information or intelligence that would say, 'Whoa, wait a minute, we need to stop the train,' it never really stopped,

Whatever intelligence it was, it was faulty. Probably it was done on the basis of some information that there were foreign militants in the area. But this information could have been shared with our armed forces, and they could have taken action without killing so many innocent civilians.

Until now, we didn't get any good response from the Syrians, although our intelligence information, with very solid documents, shows the involvement of some of the Syrian security forces authorities ... in these activities.
