Iran is not Iraq. And the United States is not the self-appointed policeman of the world.

With the current trend of development in Iran it will not be long before we will have to utilize all our fossil fuel resources for domestic purposes.

If we look at what the United States did in Iraq in the last three years, there are a lot of positive things and a lot of negative things. What the United States must do is to really understand Iraq in a different way.

We will be prepared, despite this hoopla, for negotiations, free of preconditions and with manifest good will.

Iran will not bend. Iran will be a nuclear fuel producer and supplier within a decade.

In the interests of the independent media the United States has pledged to foster in Iraq, it is imperative the authorities act speedily to clarify with news organizations any suspicions arising from the activities of journalists working for us.
