Iran is not pessimistic...but it does not permit the others to draw the outlines of talks and to impose them on the country.

Iran welcomes dialogue with any other states. I wrote a letter to the three European states inviting them to resume talks, but, they cancelled it. They had thought that Iran would no longer resume talks with them.

However, one can not say that it is a negative proposal.

The national security doctrine of Iran has no place for an atomic bomb. You cannot destroy a country or wipe it off the map through democratic means.

We are of the same idea that this plan should be considered in the IAEA and in a peaceful manner.

If they want guarantees of no diversion of nuclear fuel, we can reach a formula acceptable to both sides in talks.
