Is he 100 percent perfect? No. But he's certainly well enough to get on a plane and go to New York to do his portion of the show.

He's walking and talking as he has been for months. He's looking forward to doing the show Saturday.

There was no hurry to get the plane on the ground.

We give the kids insight on how the plane works and take them up. I'd guess about 90 percent have never been near an airplane, and they're really interested.

I have no regrets except that I wasn't up to keep Randy (Rhoads) from getting on that plane.
