Is it going to have the horns and whistles that we'd like to have? I don't think that it will, but I think that it's going to have a majority of things that we want. And perhaps the things we can't afford to do today, we would be able to do later on. But we've got to do something because the existing facility is among the worst in all minor league baseball.
