All these painstaking steps are necessary if we are to provide answers to the defendants and the victims, their families and all New Yorkers. This investigation will be fair, impartial and complete.

Agitate! Agitate! Ought to be the motto of every reformer. Agitation is the opposite of stagnation - the one is life, the other death.

If we like a man's dream, we call him a reformer; if we don't like his dream, we call him a crank.

He's (Bush) said he's a reformer with results. That's his slogan. I'd like to know what those are and how I can be helpful in achieving a reform agenda.
