It brings everybody back to a better negotiating stance. You don't have unrealistic sellers and you have buyers that can take their time and breathe when they are buying. It makes for a better win-win situation for everybody involved.

There are more fools among buyers than among sellers.

I think it's a bit of a negotiating stance.

Many of our hot housing markets are transitioning from a sellers' market to a buyers' market.

On the upside, at least the buyers are stepping back in and it isn't just all sellers. We're seeing buying in gold stocks, energy, semiconductors and other oversold names. There's also a lot of economic data coming down the pipe in the next few days and that should give us more to chew over.

We're still sorting it all out, ... But if we didn't take a strong stance, do we think something like this could happen again? It could.
