It certainly is frustrating because it affects our productivity and our ability to communicate. People will be wondering why we're not answering our e-mails.

The moment it was noticed is the moment we took action and said we're not going to allow our servers to be used for people to store information for whatever reason.

The ability to have patients become mobile sooner is better for patient comfort as well as for staff productivity.

The county operated as business as usual for so long, no one wanted to change anything. People assumed a change was made but it never was. This should make it easier to direct money to fire departments that perform needed work. We need a contract for legitimate business purposes.

Will it bump some people out of the ability buy? Yes it will. But I have to laugh when I think of the 1970s and '80s when we had rates in the double-digits.
