It feels like someone just pulled the rug out from under us. I'm still in shock. We're determined, though, to find another site as quickly as possible before time runs out.

We want to feel comfortable that the rug won't be pulled out from under us.

I always felt like the rug could be pulled out from under me at anytime. And coming from a racially mixed background, I always felt like I didn't really fit in anywhere.

We had our bags packed, ready to go back to Atlanta. And all of a sudden, the rug is pulled out from under you. It's unfortunate. You go out there, lay it on the line for six hours, and 18 innings. To go home for the winter on a game like that is a bad feeling.

It's not significant pain. It is sore, though. Overall, it feels good.

Even though I'm skeptical that this kind of issue is going to pull the rug out from Al Gore, I think it's a plus for the Republicans to be able to talk about foreign policy, to talk about national security and to talk about the failure of the administration of Bill Clinton and Al Gore in this one area.
