It gets worse every time we call. We've called the District Attorney and the police a couple of times. It just seems to get worse and worse and worse.

Reading isn't an occupation we encourage among police officers. We try to keep the paperwork down to a minimum.

And because you're not a police officer, people are more apt to resist.
