It happened pretty fast. It's still kind of a little blur.

I'm really kind of green on exactly what's going on. ... They're probably going to bring me along slow, and I'm going to try to learn as much as I can. If the opportunity presents itself, then I'll do my best to be ready for it.

I want to learn what's going on and continue to be an asset to this team. I guess right now starting is really not something that's really important. I really want to learn what to do, learn what's going on and continue to help in any way I can.

Any time you have that kind of ability to move to a different position and be successful, it's impressive. Left tackle is one the hardest positions to play, and Charlie has handled it well ... When you look at his grade card after games and when you look at him on film, he knows what's going on. He's gonna continue to be a great contributor to this team.

When I looked at it, I thought it was pretty serious. That's something that we'll have to be careful with. We have an off-day (Sunday) and then we'll re-evaluate it.

There are already a lot of regulations in the books that I think are already pretty good. I don't think you necessarily have to go to the reinvention of that wheel.
