I would go so far as to say that, not only is Microsoft wrong about the reduction of spam, but they are actually part of the problem. Microsoft could, for example, more aggressively attack spammers operating off Microsoft-owned Hotmail accounts.

As far as we know, this update does not address our issues.

It was just forgotten, really. It was probably a miracle that anyone found it.

Our goal with this set of releases is to have something for everybody, ... We haven't forgotten the broadest set of developers we have, which are these Web developers, students and hobbyists.

I want to make sure that's not a forgotten goal.
