It hasn't been easy what he's had to do. The team's losing more and he's trying to keep the team in Pittsburgh. It's got to wear on you after a while.

He's a sponge right now. He's just trying to take everything in, and that's unbelievable for a young guy that's had all the accolades he's had up to this point. It'd be pretty easy for him to go the other way, but he's not. He's such a great kid.

When you're trying to get off the losing track, every game is a big game. Our success is going to come from playing as a team. We just need to be more consistent. We still have 10 games left on the schedule, and we will get better.

Ray is a very smart player. Obviously he's got great talent, and we're hoping he's able to come back and make a difference.

We played a pretty decent game and to lose like that at the end is tough. But we got a point. Look at the positives and make sure we stay focused on the right things and move forward from this.
