The space now gives us more opportunity to reach out to the community,

It was important for us to give the staff an opportunity to see the space, and it was a unique opportunity to show of the space without any patients in there.

Because we think that together those two sites can offer open space opportunity. They can offer perhaps some extreme sports opportunity. Perhaps bringing residential to the two former buildings there, just bringing more people into that area.

We're giving the channel the testing resources they wouldn't have otherwise.
