It is an intriguing race. I wouldn't swap my horses but Miss Finland is the pick of mine and I think Brian Mayfield-Smith's horse is the hardest to beat.

Everyone said it was a soft Slipper but I think Miss Finland will prove them wrong.

There's a lot of intermingling of race horses. ... So it's not too surprising it's showing up in the tracks.

A little turn of foot in the middle of the race you like to see, and most good horses have it. It was something we hadn't seen in any of his previous races, so that was definitely a step forward.
