It is clear that food insecurity is an unfortunate reality among children, senior citizens and adults in all five boroughs. It is also clear that it is a very solvable problem.

Many of our senior citizens don't drive anymore and don't have children and it would be a problem for them.

Several people mentioned we need more free things. We know many senior citizens who can afford to go to the Pavilion. We know many young people who cannot afford to go to the Pavilion.

Oh, my gosh, without the kids I guess we'd just become senior citizens a lot sooner, ... We love getting to spend time with them.
