It is critical to articulate the business benefits for security in hard dollar terms. This is a weak area for [security officers]. No one wants to say how much they lose, so it's tough to spell out the payoffs of better security.

It's less about the big idea. It's more about profitable business with customers and cash flowing.

Publishing is a very mysterious business. It is hard to predict what kind of sale or reception a book will have, and advertising seems to do very little good.

(Forward) continues to operate its business flawlessly and each quarter management seems to improve upon its previous record quarter for profitability. Still, given what feels like increased competitive headwinds... we believe caution is warranted.
