It is defeat which makes victory meaningful

War is not about victory or defeat. It is about the total failure of human spirit. When you see the things I see, you would never support war ever again.

It is not the victory but the defeat that makes you stronger

I succeed because I learn to accept failure. I find victory because I learn to accept defeat.

Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.
