It is logical to think that if you can't get your people in here for training and meetings, that we might need to look at another location.

It depends on the issue. If it's something people care about, then they come out to the meetings in droves. Traffic is one of those issues.

We want to tell people you may be pressured at these meetings, you may be told that you'll get your money back and that may not happen. Why give your money before you even know what the program is?
