It is not a good perception for the city when people come here to dine and then they come back [from dinner] and can't find their car.

If you want it residential, that means you would have to upgrade the stairways, and if you upgrade the stairways, you're going to kill the historic look of it.

It's very hard to pin a date on it, but we'd like to finish by the end of the year.

We're not into going into the political part of this. It's for the benefit of everybody to have an arts center for the neighborhood.

The perception is that rates are going up, and people are lining up to buy homes because of that. It's not a matter of if, but when the Fed raises interest rates, and that's going to have some effect on spending patterns.

We need to increase the perception for people who live in Apollo, Butler and everywhere else that it's OK to come into the city.
