It is not clear that buying songs over the air makes economic sense. I am skeptical because of the cost...but we will see.

Now, we are selling over 5 million songs a day now. Isn't that unbelievable? That's 58 songs every second of every minute of every hour of every day.

We're kind of staggering the touring a bit at this point just to write more songs for our next record. We've got a month booked to just go write, which I think we're all excited about. And then maybe test 'em out just on tour, maybe in February, and then hopefully be in the studio for the spring.

We are now in the phase of development where the foundational stuff is behind us,

It's really very beautiful and very thin.

This is the direct result of our focus on innovation and the immense talent and creativity at Apple. We could not be more excited about the new products we're working on for 2006.
