It is not over yet. It is a growing crisis. We need a break in weather, we are monitoring and we are responding.

The only good news that we have is that the weather has lightened up.

Everybody is really gearing up for it, particularly because of the fuel crisis and the weather. The parks are putting a heavy emphasis on it, so they can help generate the numbers that will help pick up some of the drop they've seen in late August and early September.

The data we get from that and over the next few days will go toward justification for a presidential disaster declaration.

In light of the fact that we could have another rainy event, we wanted to target the bridge crossings and get rid of the debris that's there so that if we do have more rain, the debris doesn't cause debris dams, have water bypass over the roads and flood residential areas.

In many respects, because of the advent new rains this week, we are still in the response mode.
