It is our intent to be able to cover the cost for that equipment so when we open the building it will be ready to go for the students.

When you open a building, you incur all those budgetary concerns, and if we close the building, we don't have to pay for all of those things so we can save that money.

It's going to cost you about $2,000 for the equipment. Relocated in a residential application, it's probably about $8,000 to $10,000 per lane.

When the new surveillance equipment comes out ... the better quality that we are getting ... you are going to see more and more of this ... us putting these pictures out. We need the public's help.

Open source can propagate to fill all the nooks and crannies that people want it to fill.
